Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Sharia compliance in the implementation of the pension program with Wakalah Bil Ujrah Akad of the Bank Muamalat Magelang branch. To achieve the goals of the discussion above, this study uses a descriptive qualitative study. To obtain data on the implementation of Sharia compliance in the implementation of the Wakalah Bil Ujrah contract annuity program at the Bank Muamalat Magerang branch, researchers used to interview and documentation methods, and observations from stakeholders. The results of this study are consistent with the implementation of the Wakalah bil Ujirah contract pension program in Bank Muamalat with Sharia compliance, and the submission to DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 88/ DSNMUI/XI/2013 on the implementation of the pension program.
