Maintenance is a very important aspect in planning the management of building facilities, lack of maintenance causes losses and health problems to arise for its inhabitants. Building maintenance is carried out to maintain facilities, provide comfort and reliability of buildings according to standards. Along with the increase in building construction is not accompanied by appropriate maintenance. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of hygiene and sanitation in the integrated building University X. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research evaluation design. This research was conducted in the integrated building University X. Data collection techniques carried out were observations using observation sheets guided by Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 05 Year 2018 concerning Occupational Safety and Health at Work Environment, Minister of Public Works Regulation Number: 24/PRT/M /2008 concerning guidelines for building maintenance and maintenance, documentation and interviews with cleaning services. Observations were made on each floor in the integrated building of University X. The indicators assessed were on the walls, ceilings, and toilets of all buildings. Analysis of data using Microsoft Excel. The results analyzed based on Microsoft Excel showed that the performance of the application of hygiene and sanitation for walls and ceilings was 83. 4% and toilets were 75. 9%. However, it was found that parts of the building that had poor performance. Some of the findings obtained are peeling, cracked and not cleaned once a year, moldy ceilings, toilets odor, not cleaned every day, some bathrooms do not have trash bins and most female toilets do not have special bins sanitary pads. The recommendations of this research are to make policies related to building maintenance programs by forming responsible personnel and a systematic work program. Supervision in the implementation of the program is needed to determine the achievement of targets. Also, it is necessary to establish an Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) department at the university level to be able to carry out the work program in the housekeeping aspect. If possible, an online application system can be made to supervise the cleaning service personnel regarding compliance with work programimplementation.
