Pertumbuhan, Klorofil dan Bintil Akar Kedelai (Glycine Max L.) Dipengaruhi Kompos Limbah Kayu Putih dan Pupuk

Abstract
— Soybean production on vertisol is still low and the amount of cajeput waste is much. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compost from cajeput waste and inorganic fertilizer to increase growth, chlorophyll and root nodules of soybean. This research was conducted using a randomized block design with three replications. The treatment were without fertilizer, 150 NPK, compost, compost + 50 NPK, compost + 100 NPK and compost + 150 NPK. The results showed that the compost increased stover dry weight, the number of branches, the amount of chlorophyll and root nodules soybean than without fertilizer, respectively 116.31%, 52.00%, 22.05% and 30.48%. Compost combined with NPK fertilizer can increase plant height but reduce stover dry weight. The highest stover dry weight was 7.16 g/plant on treatment of compost alone
