For the community there is still a lot of determination and calculation of inheritance done in a way not in accordance with Islamic inheritance law so that it is necessary to develop fiqh mawaris application for the determination of android-based heirs as a supporter of learning in the Center For Mawarith Studies. The application for determining the heirs has been developed with web, desktop and mobile. Generally mobile applications are only native (java and XML), only work on platforms that have been specified at the beginning of development. So that the development of this application needs to use native language combinations (XML and java) and web views (HTML and JavaScript) which are supported by android studio. The application works uses extreme programing (XP) methodology and the rule of determining the heirs was made according to the family tree. Tests are carried out in several ways, including the Jurisprudence expert, giving an assessment of the content / material aspects 98.33% and 95% determination aspect has been validated by experts, learning media experts provide the lowest rating in terms of 70% image aspects by having weaknesses in in terms of placement and image size is less enlarged so the user is less clear.
