In the framework of economic life, production activity is a crucial element that is crucial for the fulfillment of human needs. Production is very important for the survival of human civilization and the earth. The economic concepts embodied in Islamic teachings extend to the universal aspect with spiritual dimension, as well as to the concept of production which contains the teaching that production activities must benefit, meet the needs of society, cause the benefit, not cause environmental damage. Therefore, in the whole series of production activities must prioritize the benefit of the ummah rather than individual interests or advantages, so as not to harm the stake holders including those who are not directly involved in the production process. This view is very different from the conventional economic system that maximizes productivity and efficiency in production activities. Air Minum Latansa is a business unit owned by Gontor Islamic Boarding School based on sharia. In running the business, Air Minum Latansa applied the principles of Islam that are always based on the Qur’an and As-Sunnah. Based on the background above, then in this thesis the author had a goal to be achieved, namely to know the knowledge about the producer behavior theory in an islamic perspective and the knowledge about the application of the behavior of producers of Islam in Air Minum Latansa Gontor. This research is a qualitative descriptive analytic research, used observation method, documentation and interview. After the data collected, then analyzed by using inductive thinking to find the application of producer behavior theory in the perspective of Islam on Air Minum Latansa, then assisted by deductive method of thinking to describe the conclusion. The results show that overall, Air Minum Latansa has applied Islamic values and producer behavior theory in Islamic perspective in every business activity. The things that have been applied can be divided into four sections. First, the Islamic values they apply in Air Minum Latansa, all activities performed are based on faith and piety to Allah SWT, making work as worship and performing prayers on time. Secondly, the principle of applied production is appropriate in the perspective of Islam, among others: avoid danger or mudharat and maximize benefits, prevent damage on earth and improve the quality of human power both spiritual and mental quality and physical. Third, the ethics of applied production are appropriate in Islamic perspective, among others: good intentions, not merely for profit and forbidden to produce anything that destroys the creed. Fourth, the behavior of producers applied is appropriate in the perspective of Islam, among others: Avoiding the nature of greed and greed, not exceeding limits and not doing cruel, and should pay attention to whether the product is beneficial or not.
