Abstract

Healthy lifestyle habits are one of the factors that can affect health conditions. The application of clean and healthy living behavior indirectly prevents the occurrence of nutritional problems due to infection. One healthy behavior is physical activity, health science in accordance with the teachings of Rasulullah, health is a gift from God. Rasulullah made himself the best model and example for his people. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of students about the healthy life of Rasulullah and clean and healthy living practices at UNIDA Gontor Putri. Methodology Analytic observational research with Cross Sectional approach. The study used the Random Sampling technique, with 330 subjects. Data were analyzed using Gamma test. The results of research 0.895 with p>0.05 there is no significant relationship between the attitudes of students about the healthy lifestyle of Rasulullah to the practice of clean and healthy living in UNIDA for girls, and there is a significant relationship between the attitudes of students about the healthy lifestyle of Rasulullah with a value of 0,001 with p<0.05 of clean and healthy living practices at UNIDA for girls.
