This study aims to determine the implementation of Sharia compliance in the implementation of the pension program with Wakalah Bil Ujrah Akad of the Bank Muamalat Magelang branch. To achieve the goals of the discussion above, this study uses a descriptive qualitative study. To obtain data on the implementation of Sharia compliance in the implementation of the Wakalah Bil Ujrah contract annuity program at the Bank Muamalat Magerang branch, researchers used to interview and documentation methods, and observations from stakeholders.
