This study aims to find out how the practice of giving wages to brokers that occurs in Bella mobil’s show room Magelang and how the practice of giving wages to brokers according to the views of the four madhhab scholars. This research is included in the field research using descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained from brokers and sellers in bella mobil’s show room Magelang, by direct observation to bella mobil’s show room Magelang and interviews with brokers and sellers who were there. From the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the practice of giving wages to brokers that occurs in bella mobil’s show room Magelang, can be obtained from the seller, buyer or from both parties. According to the most rajih opinion namely the opinion of the Malikiyyah madhhab scholars, the practice of giving wages to brokers through two parties that is from the seller and the buyer, is permissible because there are no conditions that bind the broker and the customs/traditions of the people in the Magelang area usually pay wages to good brokers from both the seller and the buyer.
