Nabila, Fatma
Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the impact of halal tourism on the improvement of Islamic financial inclusion in Indonesia during the period 2021-2023. In this study, halal tourism serves as the independent variable (X), while Islamic financial inclusion functions as the dependent variable. In addition, this research examines the influence of control variables, by ACES Model which include access (X1), communication (X2), services (X3), and environment (X4), all of which play a role in supporting the sustainability of halal tourism. The method used in this analysis is panel data regression, with secondary data sourced from various credible sources. The results of the analysis indicate that, partially, the halal tourism variable does not have a significant impact on Islamic financial inclusion. However, simultaneously, halal tourism along with the control variables shows a significant positive effect on the improvement of Islamic financial inclusion. This suggests that the development of halal tourism in Indonesia can promote the enhancement of Islamic financial inclusion, particularly when supported by adequate aspects of access, communication, service quality, and environment.
