The profile of antibiotic use as many as 107 antibiotics were used, with the highest percentage of ciprofloxacin antibiotics as many as 69 prescriptions (64%). The results of a qualitative evaluation of antibiotic use with a sample of 100 medical records showed that antibiotic prescriptions were in following the guidelines with details of category 0 as much as 76%, category II B as much as 18%, category III B as much as 4%, category IV C as much as 1% and category IV B as much as 1%.
