Abstract

ABSTRACT MOBILE APPLICATION FOR MAWARIS RECOGNITION USING MDA GAMIFICATION Wahid Alfaridsi Achmad Zein NIM:402019611033 Cracks in a family caused by feelings of injustice by a party in the distribution of inheritance often occur, this is due to a lack of knowledge about the procedures and rights of each individual in the distribution of inheritance. The learning of Mawaris science which is often underestimated by some high school students greatly affects the case with the assumption that the knowledge is still old or will never be used and can still be handed over to other people, because in fact the above case can be prevented by understanding each individual’s rights. in the distribution of inheritance. With the smart inheritance application that has implemented the MDA gamification method in it, the author hopes that it can help teenagers understand the distribution of inheritance, and also in the process of developing this application researchers use the waterfall method. The use of points is the most important element in the implementation of gamification, because it becomes the basis for further development. The researcher uses a software development life cycle waterfall approach with the aim of facilitating the system creation stage. This application was tested on 8 people who are students who are studying in college with an age range of 20 to 23, this data was taken randomly using questionnaires on social media with the aim of knowing the user experience, in the testing phase this application has a value of 85 out of a total of 8 users who filled out the questionnaire. This application was also validated by material experts and media experts from University of Darussalam Gontor and generated several entries. The result of this research is the development of a recognition system that implements the gamification method in it. Keywords: gamification, learning, mawarits, mda, mobile
