Free radicals can cause skin death and other skin problems such as dullness and rough texture. One of the preparation to overcome these problems is a body scrub preparation. Body scrubs typically use microplastics as exfoliators, these exfoliators can be replaced with natural ingredients such as durian albedo powder which has amylopectin compounds as exfoliators and flavonoid compounds as antioxidants, trigona honey which is rich in Vitamin C serves as a moisturizer. This research aims to creat and evaluate the physical quality of Body Scrub combination of durian albedo and trigona honey. This type of research is experimental research, involving the creation of 6 body scrub formulations of durian albedo and trigona honey combinations, namely 0%: 0% (F0), 1%: 3% (F1), 2%: 2% (F2), 3%: 1% (F3), 4%: 0% (F4) and 0%: 4% (F5). Evaluation of the preparation included organoleptic test, homogeneity, spreadability, pH, viscosity, type of emultion and stability. The effect of the combination of durian albedo and trigona honey on the results of the preparation evaluation was analyzed using One Way Anova. While the stability test of the preparation was analyzed using the Paired T Test. The statistical program used was SPSS 16.0 with a significance level of 95%. The results indicate that the organoleptic test has a brownish color, a distinctive aroma of durian albedo and a thick texture; homogeneous preparation; a spreadability value of 3-5 cm; a pH value of 5.02-5.44 and a viscosity of 2775-3277 cPs. The values of spreadability, pH and viscosity of all formulas were stable (p>0.05), except F5 in the spreadability test, F3 and F4 in the pH test and F1 in the viscosity test (p<0.05). The combination of durian albedo and trigona honey had no significant effect on the results of the physical evaluation test of the preparation including the spreadability, pH and viscosity tests (p>0.05).
