Abstract
This study highlights the entrepreneurial success of Gontor alumni, marked by businesses over 5 years old and leadership in multiple companies. Their success stems from pondok values, without formal business education. This study explores the implementation of the hidden curriculum at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor in shaping the entrepreneurial mindset among its alumni. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews and data analysis of entrepreneurial alumni from Gontor, observations of the pondok’s activities, and analysis of related documents. Data analysis was conducted thematically with triangulation to enhance the validity of the findings. The results reveal that alumni develop a positive mindset that fosters self-confidence, risk-taking courage, and adaptability in facing business challenges. This study provides practical and theoretical contributions by highlighting how pesantren-based education can integrate moral and spiritual values with entrepreneurial skills, creating a generation of entrepreneurs who are not only professionally successful but also possess noble character.
