Abstract

This study is motivated by low school well-being among class 7 students at MTs Al-Rosyid Kendal Dander Bojonegoro, which affects their learning motivation. Individual factors, such as bullying behavior, and environmental factors, such as inadequate facilities influence low learning motivation. Example: the limited number of computers in the computer lab, suboptimal utilization of the school health unit (UKS), the absence of a library, and adaptation to the "Kurikulum Merdeka," which has only been implemented for two years, all impact the effectiveness of teaching and learning for both teachers and students. The objectives of this study are to determine the level of school well-being among class 7 students at MTs, the level of learning motivation among class 7 students at MTs, and whether school well-being influences the learning motivation of class 7 students at MTs Al-Rosyid Kendal Dander Bojonegoro. This study employs field research with a Quantitative Associative approach. The population of class 7 students consists of 110 who serve as the sample. The sampling technique used is Saturated Sampling. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis is conducted using IBM SPSS version 25.0 (Statistics 20 License Authorization Wizard). The researcher obtained a significant value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, through the Spearman rank correlation analysis results. This indicates that school well-being influences the learning motivation of class 7 students at MTs Al-Rosyid Kendal, Dander, and Bojonegoro. Based on this study, it is expected that: (1) For schools and parents to understand that school well-being influences students' learning motivation, schools and parents need to support students in increasing their motivation. Attention should also be given to improving facilities, social relationships, self-fulfillment, and health at school. (2) Future researchers are encouraged to add or develop variables by considering other factors that may influence student learning outcomes.
