Abstract
Jari Hitam Ecoprint Bandung is an environmentally friendly printing industry that adopts a marketing approach based on Fiqh Marketing principles. This study aims to analyze how the marketing strategies implemented by Jari Hitam Ecoprint Bandung align with Fiqh Marketing principles, including honesty (sidq), transparency (bayan), justice (ʿadl), and sustainability (istimrar). This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the business owner and an analysis of their digital marketing activities, such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, PaDi UMKM), and SEO optimization on their official website. The findings reveal that Jari Hitam Ecoprint Bandung applies Fiqh Marketing principles through transparency in pricing and raw materials, market education on sustainability via storytelling marketing, and collaboration with communities and educational institutions to expand its market reach. However, the main challenges in implementing ethics-based marketing are the low consumer awareness of green products and the higher selling price compared to conventional products. In conclusion, Jari Hitam Ecoprint Bandung’s marketing strategy aligns with Fiqh Marketing principles, particularly in terms of transparency and sustainability. To enhance competitiveness, further efforts are needed to educate consumers on the ethical values and benefits of ecoprint products, as well as to diversify digital marketing strategies to reach a broader market segment.
