Weiku Clinic is one of the health institutions that still uses a manual management system, which has the impact of data loss and is difficult to access again. The purpose of this study is to develop a websitesite-based information system for patient data management and real-time consultations. The development method used is Waterfall which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The main features in this system are online patient registration and real-time consultation services with medical personnel. This study has 3 users including doctors, patients and nurses, where each user has special access rights. Doctors are able to view and answer chats from patients, employees are able to edit the registration system while patients can register online and consult with doctors in real-time. The technologies used include ReactJs for the interface, NodeJs and ExpressJs for the backend server side and uses MongoDB as its database, with the basic language used is JavaScript. This study has been tested with four tests: blackbox, media expert, material expert and user. The results of the Blackbox test show that all features run as planned. The results of the material expert test show an average value of 93.33%, media experts 91.11%, and users get 95.0%. This shows that the system is suitable for use as a Website-based information system for managing patient data and real-time consultations at the Weiku care clinic.
