ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION DARUSSALAM GONTOR MODERN ISLAMIC INSTITUTION CAMPUS 2 IN BUILDING THE LOYALTY OF MAHASISWA GURU

Abstract
Mahasiswa Guru loyalty is something that is important to achieve the goals of Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution Campus 2, with the loyalty of the students of Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution Campus 2 teachers to achieve the stated goals. In fostering a loyal attitude toward Mahasiswa Guru, good organizational communication is needed. This study focuses on how the Boarding School Organizational Communication Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution Campus 2 is in Building Mahasiswa Guru Loyalty along with organizational communication barriers. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method with eight informants who were determined by purposive sampling, then supported also by qualitative data collection techniques, where researchers conducted data collection through in-depth interviews, observation and document studies. Then the results of this study are Communication Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution Campus 2 in building Mahasiswa Guru Loyalty, including communication between the father of caregivers to the care staff, communication of Mahasiswa Guru to superiors or father of caregivers, and communication among Mahasiswa Guru. In the process of communication the organization will encounter barriers to organizational communication, then there are efforts in dealing with communication barriers. Organizational communication is the main key in organizing because of organizational communication as a mediator for members of the organization Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution Campus 2 in providing instructions, assignments, information, announcements, ideas, reports, suggestions, criticisms, and ideas.
