STRATEGI PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN MELALUI PEKERJAAN DAN DISTRIBUSI MENURUT AS-SYAIBANI DAN RELEFANSINYA DI INDONESIA
Abstract
In this study will make one of the economic problems that
become the focus of the study, namely poverty reduction. Poverty has
always been associated with employment issues and has an impact on
fair distribution policies in a country. The lack of jobs for decent
communities and the right of people to gain access to affordable living
needs are additional indicators of the causes of poverty. Therefore,
there needs to be research that discusses poverty alleviation strategies.
So there is a need for research that discusses poverty alleviation
strategies, especially making the concept of Muslim figures as one of
the references that can be implemented. With qualitative research
method where the data collected in the form of a collection of articles
and papers relevant to the formulation of problems and research
variables. Literature studies in this study to analyze the problem of
poverty alleviation through literature studies in the book Al-Kasb by
Abu Abdillah Muhammad bin al-Hasan bin Farqad As-Syaibani. This
article aims to answer the problem of poverty and its alleviation
strategy in Indonesia and As-Syaibani the concept of work and
distribution according to As-Syaibani as an instrument of poverty
alleviation strategy in Indonesia. The results of this study show that
work and distribution policy is the main aspect that directly affects the
implementation of poverty alleviation. Where As-Syaibani emphasizes
poverty alleviation through the concept of microeconomics as a
provider of jobs as a solution to cause poverty in the aspect of
unemployment of the Indonesian population. Then As-Syaibani's thoughts on distribution, he emphasized the element of cooperation
and with the principle of mutual need between one another in carrying
out a job. There is a great meaning that whatever position a worker
occupies he has a function according to his position. Just like in the
case of a poor man in need of a rich man, while the rich need the
energy of the poor
