The government’s policy steps in various , in order to make the society feeling an eternal welfare, but this seems to further alienate society from what is the ideal of society’s aspirations, because they just measure it by material. Measuring welfare through income and consumption will not guarantee essential welfare, until there are still many people we find who have luxury homes and various other materials still feeling anxious, afraid, even suicidal. Based on the background of study, the researcher offered Islam as solution; carry the values of Islamic teaching, the principles, and concepts named welfare in Islamic perspective. The purpose of this study, to analyze welfare in Islamic perspective and measure the level of worker’s welfare in Islamic Perspective. This research was conducted in Darussalam Modern Islamic Institution Gontor or Girls Campus 1 and 2, by using a qualitative method, taking 30 respondents (purposive sampling), with data analysis techniques being Miles and Hubberman.
