Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN ISLAMIC BANKING (Case Study at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch of Tasikmalaya on 2016) Vina Fithriana Wibisono 34.3.2.1171 Good Corporate Governance it is a one of success solution the corporate for growing up and beneficially in long time and all at once appeasing the rivalry of globalization business. BNI Syariah is one of the best Sharia Bank, and obtained best reward such as The Most Efficient Bank at 2016and first ranking in best category of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesia at 2016, that the result of implementation of in the Self Assessment of Good Corporate Governance in the final calculation composite value equal to 74% . The study aims to explore the concept of Good Corporate Governance in Islamic Banking and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance according to Islamic perspective in PT. Bank BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya on 2016. The study is a field research using Content Analysis approach. Data collection is using primary and secondary data by observation, interview. The element of interview use by tape recorder and note book as point to describing of implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT. Bank BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya. Research method used is inductive method is the method of paying attention of the facts of events, object, activities, processes and actors is a discussion of the special to the public. The result of this reaserch show that PT. Bank BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya has implemented a Good Corporate Governance so good. The value of composit the Self Assessment researched 74%. So, PT. Bank BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya became to the first ranking in best Good Corporate Governance on 2016. Because, this bank has a good advice in every program, have a slogant of anti-Gratification in working as of vision, mission in accordance with the ( al - Amanah} - al Jama>’ah} - al - Ha sanah} ), the existance of “Morning Briefing” program held every day at 08.00am as renewal of intention and necessity of consistency in work for every employee, and profit sharing is determined by mutual discreation. According of Islamic perspective of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in PT. Bank BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya is the formation of the personality corresponding to al - Tawhi>d and al - Rid}a > as the basis for doing the work. With the result that the office closes in every Dzuhur and Ashar prayers for 15 till 20 munites. Every year is always held regular program of “Milad June 19” and MHQ race ( al - Mutsabaqotul al - Hifd}i - l - al - Qur’an ) with a minimum of 10 verces for the employees.This is a Tarhib Ramadhan or in the framework of welcoming Ramadhan as a new breakthrough for the sense of care that has lasted for 5 years. Hopefully the researcher is beneficial for researchs in particular, the readers in General as well as other researcher who want to develop this research.
