IUU Fishing (Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated) by Dongwon Industries to the Liberian Sea in 2013 drew public attention because of illegal action in the Liberian Sea since 2010. As a result, the European Union gave South Korea a 'yellow card' to ban all seafood industry activities from entering the European Union and other regions. As a country with the world's second-largest sea power, it damages national prestige by exploiting marine wealth. This research aims to analyze Greenpeace's efforts against Dongwon Industries' IUU fishing in the Liberian Sea. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review as data collection techniques sources. The concept used in the framework is (Non-governmental organization) NGO and environmental resilience. This research shows that NGO Greenpeace's effort is quite effective in stopping IUU Fishing Dongwon Industries because Dongwon is the largest seafood company in South Korea. Greenpeace's efforts against IUU fishing have impacted the South Korean Distant Water Fisheries Industry and have maintained the resilience of Liberia's marine environment.
