Abstract

The presence of the Covid-19 virus greatly impacted several aspects of human life, one of which was the aviation business. The enactment of the PSBB policy has caused public anxiety to carry out activities outside the home and has had an impact on the aviation business. Garuda Indonesia, as the oldest airline in Indonesia, experienced a decline in revenue during the pandemic due to a decrease in the number of passengers, which forced Garuda Indonesia to find strategies so as not to experience a decrease in revenue during the pandemic. The cargo business is a business trend that is quite well-known during the pandemic where the business is not affected by the pandemic so that Garuda Indonesia takes advantage of this business opportunity to strengthen the company’s economy during the pandemic with several factors of excellence. With the Business collaboration established with Hong Kong, Garuda has several advantages and maximizes the cargo business, Garuda Indonesia can strengthen the company’s economy during the pandemic and can even increase its income with the advantages it has. In International Relations, cooperation is not only carried out by countries with countries, but there is also cooperation between countries and groups with interests in business to meet the needs of each actor
