Abstract
Pharmaceutical services are direct and responsible services to patients in order to chieve specific outcomes and improve their quality of life. Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies are the obligation of the pharmacist profession to understand and apply these standards by those ratified to assist them in performing their duties effectively and to esure a better quality of pharmaceutical services for patients. This research aims to determine the establishment of pharmaceutical service standards for pharmacies in the city of Ngawi based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2016 concerning pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies.This type of research is qualitative descriptive with a prospective approach. Data collection was conducted through direct observation method. The sample in this research consist of pharmacies that meet the criteria for inclusion in the study. The sampling technique in this study employs purposive sampling. The method of data collection is using observation sheets and interviews containing questions about pharmaceutical services in pharmacies directed at pharmaceutical personnel, which are then documented. Based on research from the three pharmacies studied, in the Management of Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices, and BMHP, pharmacy A has a percentage of 66%, pharmacy B has a percentage of 61%, and pharmacy C has a percentage of 83%. Meanwhile, in Clinical Pharmacy, pharmacy A has a percentage of 55%, pharmacy B has a percentage of 52%, and pharmacy C has a percentage of 52%
