Abstract
In the learning of moral creeds, some materials lead a child to form a noble character, especially in forming his disciplinary character. Character building applied in schools is needed to instill in children an understanding that all forms of behavior, whether commendable or reprehensible, will be the responsibility of every human being in the world and in the hereafter. The purpose of this study is to 1) Describe how much the result of moral creed learning in MAN 3 Ngawi East Java. 2) Describe how much the disciplinary character value of class XI students in MAN 3 Ngawi East Java. 3) Proving whether or not there is an influence of moral creed learning on the disciplinary character of students in MAN 3 Ngawi East Java. This research is field research that is Associative Quantitative. Class XI MAN 3 Ngawi students totaled 195 people as the population of this study was 51 people as a sample. Stratified Random Sampling. The determine sampling data collection method (institutional documents) and the questionnaire method with questionnaires, while the analysis method uses IBM SPSS version 16. It can be concluded that: (1 The value of the learning outcomes of class XI students is good as indicated by an average score of 67.88. (2 The disciplinary character score of class XI students is good, which is indicated by an average score of 80.16. (3 There was no strong influence between the results of moral akidah learning on the disciplinary character of class XI students in MAN 3 Ngawi East Java which was determined by the results of the T test, the researcher obtained a "t count" result < smaller than the "t table" of 0.516 < 1,675 at a significance of 0.608 > 0.05. Thus, Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is no influence between moral akidah learning on the disciplinary character of class XI students at MAN 3 Ngawi East Java for the 2022 – 2023 school year. Based on this research, it is hoped that teachers will participate in establishing communication relationships with parents in order to control students outside the school environment and for students as students pay attention to what is conveyed by the teacher and make learning achievements as an outcome that can motivate themselves to change attitudes and behaviors in order to have a good character.
