THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY, SHARIA COMPLIANCE AND RELIGIOSITY ON CONSUMER INTEREST (Study At Multazam Syariah Hotel)
Abstract
Along with the development of the times, there have been many changes in matters related to halal tourism. Service Quality is one of the main factors in increasing consumer interest, especially in Islamic hotels that prioritize Islamic principles in their operations. Sharia compliance reflects the extent to which the hotel applies Sharia rules in the services and facilities provided. Meanwhile, religiosity describes the level of spiritual commitment of consumers which will affect consumer preferences when choosing Sharia services. The approach used in this study is a quantitative-descriptive approach. Quantitative research methods are methods that use quantitative analysis tools, And Data Analysis Techniques Assisted by a tool SPSS.25. where the results of the analysis are presented in the form of numbers which are then explained and interpreted in a description using service quality variables that do not have a significant effect on consumer interest because the value of Tcount < Table or 1.881 < 1.986 and significant values of 0.063 > 0.05. The Sharia compliance variable significantly affected consumer interest because the value of Tcount > Ttable or 3.122 < 1.986 and a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. The Religiosity variable significantly affected consumer interest because the value of Tcount > Ttable or 22.687 < 1.986 and the Significant Value of 0.000 < 0.05. The calculation of the T Test and the F Test shows that the magnitude of R Square (R2) is 0.885 or percent to 88.5% which shows that the value of consumer interest in Sharia hotels is influenced by service quality (X1), Sharia Compliance (X2), and Religiosity (X3) while the remaining 11.5% of the value of consumer interest is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.
