Abstract

SMA IT Baitussa;am is a private school that combines religious and general knowledge. One of the excellent programs at SMA IT Baitussalam is the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program. Students of the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program tend to have better learning outcomes than students who do not participate in the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program. Even though students who do not participate in the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program have more study time than students of the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program. From the above phenomenon, researchers want to know the correlation between the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program and the learning outcomes of SMA IT Baitussalam Yogyakarta. This kind of study is quantitative research that utilizes correlation research design. The sample for the research consisted of 33 students with data collection methods including questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The technique for analyzing data employed in this research is the application of the product moment correlation formula. The findings indicated that (1) the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program is classified as good, with an average questionnaire score of 51.59 (2) The academic results of SMA IT Baitussalam pupils are categorized as good, with an average score of 90 (3) A noteworthy relationship exists between the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program and academic performance, as shown by the analysis results with a significance value of r count = 0. 617 > r table (0. 344) at a 5% significance level. The extent of the correlation between the Takhosus Al-Qur'an Program and academic performance is 61%, indicating that the remaining 39% is influenced by other variables not covered in this research. Finally, from this simple research, the researcher recognizes that this research has not reached the stage of perfection, but rather an effort that still has many shortcomings. So with this, the researcher hopes that future researchers can examine more deeply and more completely, and can improve the discussion more than what has been obtained in the current discussant.
