This research aims to analyze the effect of ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) on tourism development by implementing Blue Economy in Indonesia to support sustainable economic growth. This research uses a systematic review with a qualitative research method literatur review based on journals, reports, websites, and books to analyze the impact of ATF for increasing maritime tourism sector in Indonesia. Regarding to ATF as a regional platform playing signific role to facilitate the development of sustainable tourism by ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan (ATSP) 2016-2025. ATF contributes to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesia's maritime tourism through several initiatives such as promoting natural marine destinations, improving human resources, and strengthening marine conservation regulations. Author identified challenges the implementing Blue Economy for Indonesia's maritime tourism, such as infrastructure development, the availability of trained human resources, and competition from other ASEAN countries. Therefore, a targeted strategy is needed through close collaboration among stakeholders.
