The Palangkaraya Religious Court is one of the courts in Indonesia that has a case of neglecting the rights of heirs to one of those entitled to receive an inher-itance. Although the potential for similar problems is very small, an in-depth anal-ysis is still needed regarding similar cases using Mawarits Fikih as a guideline for analysis. This study aims to determine the form of inheritance distribution through the decision, so that it can be a reference for the surrounding community who ex-perience similar cases. The method used is descriptive analysis, which describes and classifies da-ta from decisions and trusted sources. Data collection was carried out reflexively and openly, combined with library research. The results of the study indicate that the distribution of inheritance in the decision is legally flawed. This is due to several factors that cancel the previous decision (No. 0011 / Pdt.P / 2017 / PA.Plk) regarding the disbursement of inher-itance funds. After a new lawsuit was filed, the Palangkaraya Religious Court canceled the previous decision because it was considered legally flawed. Fiqh Mawarits analysis highlights the injustice in the ruling, where some heirs lost their rights, even after both of the plaintiff's parents died, they still did not know the amount of inheritance funds.
