(2) The implementation process of the boarding school program at MI PAS Baitul Qur’an involves several stages, such as preparation, implementation, and evaluation. With a systematic and continuous approach, this process covers all preparations, including infrastructure and human resource readiness. (3) Supporting factors include the students' young age and the teachers coming from Islamic boarding schools, while there are also hindering factors such as inadequate facilities. All of these play an important role in the development of the boarding school program, both in ensuring the effectiveness of student development and in achieving the target of improving the quality of graduates at MI PAS Baitul Qur'an.. Based on the conclusions, the researcher proposes several recommendations: (1) For the Head of MI PAS Baitul Qur’an, it is recommended to increase monitoring of educational quality and teacher professionalism in dormitory activities to ensure that students' character and religious values are well-formed. (2) Teachers at MI PAS Baitul Qur’an are expected to continuously improve the quality of teaching and provide good examples, as well as support intensive character development of students in the boarding school program. (3) Students at MI PAS Baitul Qur’an are expected to be more serious in their studies, adhere to school rules, and consistently practice Islamic values in their daily lives to become intelligent and morally upright graduates.
