Abstract
ABSTRACT
Radio Broadcast Production Management of NGANTRI (Ngobrol Bareng
Santri) Programme at Suargo F is intriguing research to be researched because the
object to be researched is Suargo FM with the subject of this research being the
NGANTRI (Ngobrol Bareng Santri) programme. This researcher aims to determine
the production management of the radio broadcast of the Ngobrol Bareng Santri
program on Suargo FM. Then to find out the production management of the
NGANTRI radio broadcast program at Suargo FM using qualitative research
methods to find out how the production management of the NGANTRI radio
broadcast occurs using the interview method conducted with staff and students who
conduct radio broadcasts. The study aims to understand the principles of Planning,
Organising, Acting, and Controlling (POAC) management, as well as the strategies
employed by Suargo FM to maintain its effectiveness and efficiency. The key to
effectiveness comes when there is a coordination between the crews who broadcast
to create the attractiveness of the program for all listeners. This research, it can be
one of the references for radio broadcasters to remain effective and have dance
power for all listeners.
